How are the favour boxes delivered?

All favour boxes are delivered flat-packed and are very easy and quick to assemble. Delivering the boxes this way helps to reduce your shipping costs and also helps to protect the boxes.

Do favour boxes come undecorated?

Yes, all of our favour boxes come undecorated unless stated. This is so you can present it exactly the way you want to by using your own creativity. We sell a range of embellishements from diamantes to ribbons that you can use to finish off the presentation. It is great fun decorating the favour boxes and can be a really nice joint project with your family.

How long does delivery take?

Most items are in stock. We strive to ship all orders out to you within 2-3 business days. If items are not in stock, them please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.

For personalised items, you need to allow an additional 5 days for delivery depending upon the size of the order. In most cases, it can be delivered much quicker but please allow this time in case of delays.

What is maximum text length for personalised favour boxes?

This varies because each box is a different size. Typically 4 lines maximum. After ordering, just email us your chosen text and we will let you know if it is too long and changes need to be made.
